Just one quick question about the asprin/dilution method. If they ask me if I have been taking any drugs including asprin what should my answer be?

also, im about 5'5" and 148lbs, between very high metabolism and average. By the time I have to take my urin test It will have been 2 1/2 weeks of abstanence. I run for about 30-45 mins every other day, what do you think my chances are for passing the test?

I will be taking a home test this sunday to see where my progress is at.

Sorry for the huge amount of questions but i swear this is my last one.

If I cannot get any creatine will substituting red meat for creatine work just the same? how much red meat should I eat and should I eat it every meal starting at 3 days before the test.

Good idea. I don't know how chronic a smoker you are, but with 2.5 weeks and the way you describe yourself, I'd say chances are decent, but home test trumps all speculation



Red meat will work. I would include red meat with at least two meals daily starting three days before the test. Some would say that eating it on the day right before and the day of the test is worthless, since it doesn't leave enough time for the body to metabolize creatine into creatinine, but so what, burgers are good.
