alright, alot of people go over ideas and ways to pass a test. but the only sure thing iv every trusted was exercise.

story: back in the highschool days i played football, now i smoked all summer i smoked everyday all day. football hit, quit for a lil bit and i got a piss test the second day into it, practice was 6 hours a day with conditioning and weightlifting, and lots of water. i passed the test in two days. i was soo surpised and soo glad.


now for the times i get piss tests now i jus hit the club, ofcourse their are other ways i used, taking niacin worked for me a couple times (not trusthworthy at all), but you gota take 5 pills of it and hold your piss in and then let it out, it sucks and it only keeps you clean for about 6 hours. theres nothin out there that cleans you out and keeps you clean.

so if your really wana pass that test exercise, you cant jus do some push-ups you gota work every part of your body, legs abs, arms every single muscle. it is also essential to do alot of cardio, and drink lots of water. one way to tell (doesnt always happen) that your getting clean is that if you smoke alot. if you burn enough fat fast enough you get a lil high. (it gets into your bloodstream). one thing that helps is hitting the asuana, it drains all your waterweight out so its easier to burn fat.

this is the only sure way to get it outa your system for good. so hit a day or two at the gym. iv always trusted it, always gets me through, take a couple ibeprofen because your gona be sore as hell when you wake up. after you think your clean keep doin a lil exercise jus to keep your body honest. its not essential but its safe.

also if your one of those people that get random tests throughout the month, do this after you had a good enough dose of smoke for the month, then your clean for good, no worrys about drinkin potions n getting fake piss, keepin it warm or buyin 150 dollar fake dicks.
