I am taking a pre employment UA test on monday. Been reading the posts since I found out on 3/20. and have abstained since 3/19.

Been smoking every day for 20 years. Not heavy since the birth of my son 1 1/2 yrs ago but 20 yrs just the same. during the week bat hit - 1/2 j weekends a little more. Is this considered a heavy smoker considering the time frame.


Took a home test at first pee this morning 3/31, faint line for a negative then throughout the day the line is much darker after 80 ozs of gatoraid. Does this sound right I have ony abstaind for 12 days now.


My question is should I sweat it or not. I plan I dilution anyway because I dont know what levels they are going to check for.
