First, thanks for everyone that is dedicated to running this site and answering stupid questions from ppl like me.

I've used dilution before, but didn't realize it when purchasing the $50 bottles of multivitimin drinks that you drink like a gallon of water with, so I'm hopeful that I will pass using S2's dilution method.

Some facts about me, I'm 31 yrs old, I smoke a lot of high quality buds on a daily basis , and I'm 5'11 205 lbs, and its been about 2 weeks since I smoked.

I am about 3-4 days from testing for a new job, I can't afford any mistakes, so I am going to follow S2's directions verbatim.

My question is this: I bought a creatine supplement and I am going to start taking it tonight or tomorrow, but I'm not sure what amount to take. Can somebody who knows tell me?
