|  Question for the experts! I'm a 46 yr old man 5'11" and 220lbs, bodybuilder but carrying a bit more fat than I should maybe 25%. I used to smaoke daily, sometimes a few weeks off and on. Last time I smoked was Feb 26 and I have a test to do April 3. I drink about 3/4 to a gallon of water as normal practice and eat usually 4 or more times a day. The last month I have been somewhat sedentary but the last week have done 30-40 minutes of cardio every morning. Yesterday I just started some Cytomel to help my diet. What are my chances of testing clean on Monday? Should I take a home test? Last time I did this was 6 years ago and tested positive after being clean 3 weeks but retested a week later negative. |
