| I am doing a DOT physical and test come Monday for a new position with a new company. Took a home test lastnight and failed. Will practice dilute today to get it down. It has been about a week since I have smoked. I am taking creatine, have B2's and aspirin. Almost sure I can pass using dilution following N2's guidelines. However, my question is this. I have heard some conflicting statements regarding the DOT physical. Many say I will have the opportunity to sub, and I would prefer this method, knowing I will be leaving the clinic having given a 100% clean sample. Others say I wont be able to sub because I will be asked to provide a sample while I am robed during the physical part of the exam, in which case I would need to dilute. I have read many threads and can't seem to find the exact information I am looking for. Does anyone know FOR SURE if I will be able to sub or is dilution my only option during the DOT physical? Thanks. Sin |
