ok i just got my self onto probation about a month ago. at this point the court told me not to do any drugs and that i would have random search's and drug screens. However I am a very heavy user and love to get high with my friends. i dont see why these people go to this much trouble to try and make me stop. any way instead of stopping smoking i just thought i could try to cheat on all of my tests. I have been drinking alot of apple cider vinager. but how i was really cheating was sneaking a bag with a tube on it into take my UA's. However one time that i went in there they decided to do a random search. I was wearing the bag at the time. so when they discoverd that i was wearing it they decided to watch my penis. At this point i felt that my personal rights had been violated. is that legal for them to do?

another question is, does apple cider vinager actully work? if not what does. I live on a island and dont have a pipe shop here. but is there anything off the shelf that would work guranteed. i really am upset about this. and would like to find a way under the radar.

also the night before i had that UA I took a apple cider bath. which i think has worked before but right after that bath i took a couple of tokes, would that apple cider vinager clear that THC out of my system? please help.

never heard of apple cider stuff... umm... i been on probation for a full year now i get off of probation the 12th of this month. Because of the randomn tests i've had to quit toking. After a randomn test i usually don't get tested for at least 3 months after (BUT IT DEPENDS ON WHERE YOU LIVE! YOU MIGHT GET TESTED AGAIN THE NEXT MONTH!) so i would toke for about a month straight then quit again after that month was over. Also once in awhile i would get ancy and smoke a joint, but one every once in awhile with my metabolism means it's out of my system in about 2-3 days.

I'd say you'll have to abstain and figure out how often they test you to get around it... or just completely quit and you'll never have to worry about failing a test until your probation ends then smoke fat ones all day/night. I'd say if u do toke a lot try to dillution method since they watch u while subbing now. Oh and EVERY time i was tested they monitored (or watched my penis as you put it :P) me. Drinking shit tons of water doesn't always work, but once in awhile u can get lucky and it does! Look at the sticky Dillution methods in this forum to find out how to dillude the urine.

Edit: Good thing about quitting is when you quit and save up ur money (like i have been) you can buy Tooooooooooooooooons after ur probation ends. I've got almost 350$ saved up lol (i would have more, but as i said after i get tested i'd smoke for a month straight and by smoke i mean REALLY smoke :P)

Absolutely. They can randomly search your body, car, house, school locker, work locker, rectum, nostrils, so on and so forth. You got into trouble and as a condition of your probation, you agreed to this. The alternative is jail time.

Even if you weren't on probation and were taking a random employment or pre-employment drug test, if I saw a device or substitution or adulteration materials, I can make you either give me another specimen while I am observing you or you can refuse to test. Those are your only choices. If you refuse, you are automatically considered positive.

Unless you want to be on probation forever or have a new best friend named Bubba, I think it would be in your best interest to stop smoking until you are off probation.

man i was on for probation for a year. I just got off last week. Let me tell u one thing, i love smoking weed but its not worth going to jail for. I played with fire and almost got burned. I smoked for the last few months of probation avoiding tests and just hoping not to get busted. I finally realized i was being stupid and quit for bout 18 days when she told me the next time i saw her would be the last. One month to freedom what do i do get high for the next 12 days. Then worry for the next 16 till i see her and with the help of dillution method pass my last drug test. Worst couple days of my life in a long time. Flooding my system with water worrying constantly, spent 100 bucks on "detox stuff" . Just let me tell u it sucks. my adivce suck it up and wait it out. jail sucks.
