Vale Worked .....after years of smoking blunts of midgrade, I decided to leave my job for a better paying job with lots more opportunities. I had a month to clean my system but I knew it would be impossible before my test which was in 3-4 wks. I researched several smoke shops before making a decision on what product was the best selling and most effective. I was told Vale 3/4 times. I purchased vale, along w/pre-cleanse pills. I also believe the dilution method works, except the last thing i want to think about is how much salt to put into gatorade and creatine pills to take etc. if i can afford something easier.

After purchasing the magic drink and pills , i stopped smoking for 2 weeks. They let me choose when to take my drug test and like an idiot, I said next tuesday, not realizing it was my birthday. The day of my birthday, I decided to smoke and push my test off for another week. I smoked heavily 3-4 bluts a day until the weekend and the night before the test (Sunday Night), i drank a gallon of water and ate some churches fried chicken. the next morning i drunk 1/2 gallon of water, waited an hour and took the drink. I started voiding and refilled the 20 oz VALE jar about 2 times while continuing to void, i also popped the pre-cleanse pills although I'm told i should have taken them before bedtime for the most effectiveness.

I started this process about 0700 am, drank the VALE at 0900 am and went to Concerta at about 12 noon....they made me wash my hands, give sample unsupervised, I voided a neonish color sample wich they tested on the spot which was negative.

My stats- 30 year old blk female/270 lbs/smoke 3 blunts a day during the week/5 a day on the weekends.

This job was a contract to perm job and unfortunately, I was unprepared for my drug test when they offered me the job permanately, six months later. It's funny cuz I started back smoking w/one of the managers that worked there!

I did the same thing again today, except this time it's w/labcorp and i decided against the fried chicken.

Days clean before test - 5

My Diet: 2 days before the test I ate only salad. 1 day before the test I ate a grilled chicken sandwich w/fries. and chicken tenders for lunch. Dinner just ate tuna fish.

I don't know if that helped or not. I also took the precleanse pills the night before and drank water and took 4 asprins/vitamins everday except the day of the test. I will post my results when i find out.

Always have a plan B....I've scheduled an interview w/another company just in case, nothing is 100% but I hope this works again for me and you!
