Can someone please tell me how long or how many voids one should be in the clean with when following N2's guidelines? I am practicing for a test tomorrow and would like to know when I should take the 'at home' to gauge where I am, as I only have one at home test to utilize. Thanks.

Just a wild guess from a bystander, but i would think you should test the closest to the actual test as you can.

I think what Sincere is asking (although it is not really clear) is IF you are looking to see if the dilution method is working for you, test your 3rd or 4th void after beginning the dilution technique.

Ideally, you should test your first void of the day. If that tests clean, there is no reason to dilute and your real test should be good no matter what time of day or how many voids you have prior. If your first void is not clean however, I can see why you want to test using a dilution method.

If I am way off base here as far as the meaning of your question then I apologize. At least you got 2 answers for 1 question.

Sorry for the confusion. I took a test this morning with my first void of the day. FAILED. I am diluting. In the process of replacing water after every void now. About every 10-15 minutes. Color is good (B2), and am taking 3.5-5 grams a day of creatine. Have been for about 3 days now. I am just wondering if I am clean from the dilution. I have one home test left and am thinking about using it now seeing as it seems that I would be clean. Hopefully this makes more sense.

Okay. I took the at home test and I passed. I believe I have the process down for tomorrow and should be in the clear. Thanks sec, once again, for all of your help. I am not sure I could have down this without you and N2's assistance. You guys have been an enormous help. I will report the final outcome as I receive it. Thanks again.

Your welcome, and good luck on your test tomorrow. If it is a DOT test, you probably won't ever be notified of negative results. For sure, you would be one of the first to know if your test shows positive (but I have faith in you, it won't).

Also, If you could post not just the test, but the physical. How it was conducted, if the doc followed the regs or not, etc. That might help a lot of people in your position.
