Hmm doubt this is the thread for it, but it's the only thread i post in so here's the thing: I get off of probation on April 12th. Does this mean on the 12th of April i am off of probation and can toke all i want? Or will i have to meet with the probation officer AFTER the 12th and can i still get tested until this last meeting? 10 days to go, but i haven't had a letter for a meeting (yet) every time they have wanted me to meet the officer they've never called me, they always sent in a letter almost exactly 1 week before i had to go meet. Also they wouldn't test me everytime i had to meet. But im sure if they call me on the 12th, or before it i will be tested. (or after the 12th if they can do that!).

The Point! ::::: So does any1 know enough about illinois law enough to tell me whether or not i can still be tested after the 12th the date my probation ends???

I would say that once you are off of probation you are clear. Just dont mess up again or they will use your prior history against you

well it isn't probation persey :P probation would've been half a year, but i chose court supervision which was a full year... so it cleans it off my record (which is very nice for those damn insurance companies!), but it extended my suffering :P
