I have a pre-employment drug screening on Tuesday. I am a chronic smoker have been for more than 30 days, female, 110 lbs, 5'4", have been for more than 30 days. I will be subbing my urine. I need to know how to get it in there and keep it warm. I plan on taking a thermometer with me to make sure the temp is right. It will probably be between 15 mins and an hour from the time i leave a heat source (other than my personal heat) until I take the drug test. To the best of my knowledge I will not be monitored. Thank you for any and all advice, it's sincerly appreciated!
