| I've read through as many threads as I can and searched all over for the past weeks to gather as much research as I can, awesome info. I found so many suggestions throughout the threads, just wanted a few more if possible for QF 4.0. Here is my quick question, I have a test sometime between 9:30AM-11:30AM at my job. I will arrive at the building at 7:30AM. That gives me roughly 2-4 hours to maintain the proper temp. on my QF 4.0 sample (which will be "crotched" in 2 pairs of whitey's). I will be microwaving it for 10 secs at roughly 7:15AM, and then plan on stuffing it in my crotch until the test is administered. 1) Should I be safe and put the heater pad on the sample, and then crotch it (after microwaving it)? Is there any issues with this being too hot for skin exposure? It won't get it too hot because I am microwaving before? 2) Or should I microwave it, then let it sit in my crotch for the 2-4 hours until the test. I have been able to crotch the QF 4.0 and maintain a 94.0 just by putting it in my crotch (with no prior heating/microwaving). 3) The best temp is above 94 and under 100, correct? Anyone's suggestions are appreciated on attaining this temp. based on the sample sitting in my crotch for 3 hours |

| I have a similar problem. But from what I heard so far it doesn't seem to be a problem to use the heating pad straped to the bottle for a while. It says it is suppose to keep it heated for up to 6 hours so I assume it was designed with the intention of people crotching it with the heating pad. |
