I will be graduating college on May 11 and have received a great job offer. I stopped smoking yesterday. I'm 6'0 185 lbs, I work out everyday including running at least 2 miles. I will be asked to go in for a drug screening at some point after May 5th. I have a couple questions...

1-Do drug screening and drug test mean the same thing?
2-If it is a urinalysis, do you think I'll be ok with just a little over a month under my belt without smoking?

1. Yes.
2. It doesn't really matter what anyone thinks. If you purchase a few home test kits and test yourself a few days before your scheduled test, you will know for sure what course of action to take. My opinion is that you probably will do ok if you were a light smoker before quitting. If you were a daily user, it is a crap shoot.

Drug screen = standard immunoassay urinalysis

Test yourself a few days before to be sure, but given your habits, I'd say that, probabilistically, there is a very good chance you'll be clean. Again, test at home two days before, and if you fail (which I'd say is unlikely) dilute and I would be very surprised if you didn't pass.
