|  a little off topic... but if anyone knows... ok i just took a surprise urine test... and i know i failed cause i smoked yesterday but heres the question... im on probation.. and passed all my test ect.. and she said she wont ever test me again.. and i was gonna get off last monday but she was out sick... i was court order (on a different charge) to get interviewed to see if i had a "problem" to attend a 16 week alcohol program at a steps program... (and it sucks too cause i really almost never drink) and the lady said if i passed this drug test i wouldnt have too... but i know im not going too pass.. and was just wondering if they can tell my probation officer... |

| i got a DWI on my birthday (same day i got caught with pot) at court they gave me... 7 mnths license suspension.. 48 hours Intoxicated drivers resource center... (thats for the DWI) and for the pot charge they gave me a probation and if i did good, they would wipe the charges off my record... so i was good for probation.. i always passed my test and as i said i was only going one more time to make sure the court ok'd my early release (my PO already sent the papers in last time)... so i had to goto the intoxicated driver resource center for the weekend for the DWI... and there they interviewed me to see if i had to goto couseling.. but they decided i needed to get a second opinion.. so they sent me to this Steps place at a local hospital...i went there today and since i got sent there for alcohol i never thought i would of gotten drug tested... |

| Since you were tested because of requirements of your probation it seems highly likely that the results will get back to your probation officer. |

| yea but the counseling.. wasnt recommended or didnt really have anything to do with my "probation" .. the courts sent me to the intoxicated driver resource and IDRC sent me to the steps program.... and the steps program isnt really "part" of that either they just make sure i compelete it.. and i didnt violate the steps program technically either.. because im not apart of it.. yet... even in court, they handled the DWI and drug charges seperately |
