I've found some very valuable information here and plan to use it for an upcoming test. I thought I would pass along some of my findings as I go along and hope others can gain from my experiences, and also offer some input as well. At the moment, I am prepping for an upcoming drug test and doing some experimenting on my own. I'm planning to substitute with a "clean" friends sample using N2's guidlines. But, as a backup, I'm throwing I'm going to do the dillution just in case they throw a monkey wrench into those plans.

First off, I purchased some items for my dillution "kit". Here it is as follows: Asprin (500mg), vitamin B-2 (100mg tablets), Creatine (2.5mg tablets). I've been clean for about 10 days so far and will have been clean 17 days by the time I take my test. My physical stats: 40's, 210 lbs, 5'9, done moderate excercise since I last smoked, pretty much an every day thing for me up until the time I stopped.

I just got home with a First Check home drug test and it came back positive for THC, again, this being clean for 10 days, so...I'm still dirty. Over the next 2 days I plan to follow N2's advice on the dillution method and retest on Friday. Some folks say that Cranberry juice helps, so, I'm going to give it a shot to help prep for my upcoming test. I've gone a step further and purchased some "Super Cranberry Fruit" tablets made by a company called Natures Best, I found them at CVS. These are the 1680mg tablets which are a higher strength than some others they had on the shelf, they were somewhere around 485mgs I think? The recommend taking 1-2 tablets per day 2-3 times a day after meals. Why not? The extra cranberry might help since I have about 5 days before I take my test? I'll post my results with N2's dillution method in a few days to let some of you know how it turns out after the home drug test I take.

My hopes are that it will come back negative and give me some peace of mind, and help others about my size.

I thought I would post my results. Today, I followed the guidelines for doing the dillution method that N2 had posted and passed a home test. I used vitamin B2 and got a yellow sample. Now granted, I had no way of checking my creatine level or specific gravity, but did get a negative on the home test just showing for THC content. This is with 14 days of being clean and the dillution method. Hope my test results help some of the "heavier", heavy (literally) users out there. Good luck!
