In the dilution method from this forum, it says take 10x the daily dose of vit. B. Does that mean the recommended daily dose of pills (1) or daily dose of the actual vitamin?

hey well im in a drug program right now and a heavy smoker.i have passed every test so far.my secret is taking 2 vitamin b complex pills and swallowing some matches about an hour or 2 before your test.i have passed every test so far and am about to complete my program.

p.s. make sure u drink alot of water and pee at least 2 times before u go take your test and continue drinking water till its time for the test.
