I just recently had to take the ole urine test for a job,it being my first time and being a pretty heavy smoker on a daily basis.I detoxed my system for a couple days (that's all I was given time for) and diluted too much I believe,so they made me take it a second time on even more short notice I only had a day and a half where over that period for the first day I drank a little bottle of pomegranate juice about 2-3 mugs of "yogi detox tea" about a gallon and a little more of water. The test was the following day at 11 and I woke up at 6am and drank a gallon of "cleanz blendz" tea which you get at GNC & popped a bunch of vitamin b complex pills,a little later in the morning I also drank almost a 64 oz bottle of 100 percent cranberry juice and popped a bunch more vitamin b complex pills,all in all I PASSED I'm thrilled,but I wanted to post this little method for anyone who smokes a good amount and is on a short notice,hope it works for whoever else,peace
