Okay ... I'm new to the boards, but I really need someone's opinion on my situation.

Since 2006 started I've smoked fairly regularly, but not in large quantity ... one bowl a couple times a week basically. Then one month ago I visited friends and got a little carried away. In the past month I have not smoked at all. In the latter half of 2005 I didn't smoke at all after August. I have to take a urine test next week, probably on Tuesday. I only drink water and cranberry juice, I haven't had soda in well over a year, and I take a dieretic daily as prescribed by my doctor.

I have looked at all of the threads on this board and have seen all of the ways to clean your system before a test, but I need to know if there is anything else that I should be doing? I feel like I'm doing the right things already. Is there a way to test at home without purchasing a drug test?

I am really concerned that I won't pass this test ... this is the first drug test that I've had to take since I started smoking almost nine years ago. Also, has anyone ever tried to get a job with their respected city? Should I be sure that this is going to be a urine test?

I don't think it's possible to test yourself at home without buying a kit. They cost like $15 at walgreens.

I decided to use the quick fix 4.0 when my test comes. I bought the supplies off ebay for like $20.

If it's a blood or saliva test, you're home free.
If it's a hair test (doubtful), you're in trouble and I'd start reading up: Easy way of passing a Hair Test..Thank me later
If it's urine, which is most likely, you're probably fine if it's really been a solid month since you smoked, but a home test is the only way to know. Get one this weekend. If you fail, dilute, and you should pass easily.
