| Hello all. What a great site. I have read alot about home testing and dilution, but since I may be getting a new job soon, I am worried about the drug test. I am 5'9" 230lbs (yes I know I am fat..lol) The last time I smoked was 3 weeks ago and was just on one day (but it was a tok-a-thon for about 5 hours) Before that, I would smoke a occasionally during the week but on every Friday, I would smoke for about 4-5 hours with friends at our weekly gaming party. I found out today that I have a great oppurtunity to get a new job and I want to make sure I pass the test. I havent smoked in about 2 1/2 weeks. I started to increase my vitamin intake and water intake. I am going out tonight to get a home drug testing kit so I can test my pee in the morning to see where I am at. I have never had to try to clean up before a drug test before so I am worried. I heard that eating fatty foods somehow helps. Is this true? Should I be taking Creatine and B-2? Thank you all in advance for any advice. |

| Home tests are the catalsyt to sanity when it comes to upcoming screenings. Test your first void of the day, if that comes back negitive you are in pretty good shape. All you would need to do is keep well hydrated before the test (don't over do it or your sample will come back diluted and you will have to retest, this happened to me yesterday). If your home test comes back positive, I would do as Sec3 said and read up on either dilution or sub. Let us know how your home test comes out. |

| I just got done taking my home test. It was a test called "At Home Drug Test". It has a area with 1 thru 5 ovals on it where you should see the control line...and then hopefully a pinkish line underneath it after the 10 minutes are up. I got that pinkish line in all the ovals except for #3. #3 had a really really faint pink line and I doubt that any drug tester would look as closely as I did. I am not sure when I will have my urine test, my best guess is in about 6 days or longer. I plan on just taking my vitamins, drinking water (not over doing it) and test again in about 5 days to see whats what. |

| Does anyone know what each of the round ovals mean? Like what drug they are testing for? Since I the third oval was not as pink (really faint) and I only use MJ, I am guessing it just tests for that. I plan on going for the dilution method before I test whenever I find out when it is. I still plan on taking my horse pill multi-vitamins and drink plenty of water each day. I read some interesting things about drinking alot of water from. http://members.aol.com/saveMoDoe2/importance.htm So I guess the more water you drink (not crazy amounts that is) the easier time your body will get rid of fat and speed up your metabolism. Any little bit helps when trying to get rid of MJ from you fat I guess. What do you guys think of what this says below?? | Go with sports drinks instead of water, there is a lesser chance of getting a negative dillute. As for the ovals you say there were 5? So I assume it was a 5 panel test, and the oval that had the faintest line in it would be what you are barely over the cutoff threshold for that particular substance
