Hello all. Superscoot here and I need to ease my panic. I am 5'10" tall and weigh in at 250#'s. I have not smoked in 29 days and when I did it was 4 to 5 times a week, but only 1 hit a day. I have been offered a great job and I have to let them know tommorrow if I want it. I also have to give my 2 week notice tommorrow at my current job (a gamble in my book, but wife says to go for it). I may have another week or 2 before I have to take my pee test. Last night I took an home test with a definate negative result (with no dilution).

My question is, do you think I should go the full dilution method, or just a minor dilution. I am so nervous that something might happen and I lose both jobs. I would appreciate any and all suggestions. Thank You.

P.S. My weight consists of alot of muscle with plenty of padding. I don't exercise on a regular basis other than playing with my kids and having a physically demanding job (on my feet 8-10 hrs. a day). I would say my metabolism is slow to moderate. Thanks

First off - DON"T SMOKE.

If you know when your screen is going to be, the day or two before, test your self with a home kit using the first pee of the day. IF THC is still present, the first pee of the day is going to have the highest concentration level. If you get a neg using the most concentrated pee of the day you know you'll be okay when you take the actual test. Dilution will not be necessary.

I think your in good shape. Dilution is probably not needed. Test your first pee of the morning to be sure.

Thanks for the reply. I'm definately done smoking for a little while. I'm just a nervous person. Especially since I'm giving my 2 week notice before I have my physical.

Your not alone. Being nervous is part of the deal. Having to pee on demand then hand it to a stranger will make anyone nervous.

BTW - You could probably pass a test today. I said to wait till the day before just to be extra safe. If you want to ease your nerves and know that your clean take a home test using your first pee of the day.

Hello all. I thought I was free and clear of the pee test, but it turns out I will be required to take one afterall. I will be clean for 50 days, but I'm not sure when I will be taking the test. I will be training on their "turf" so it could happen early morning, after lunch or late in the day, I am just not sure. I won't be able to dilute and I am nervous as hell.

I have taken 3 @ home test from walgreens and passed all 3 (one was first pee of the morning). My concern is that these tests might be a tad bogus cuz it seems most people are able to pass these tests with little to no time after smoking. Am I freaking out about nothing? Is 50 days plenty of time? I need to ease my mind cuz I am freaking out. Thanks all.
