Hi All,

I am about 6 feet tall and 230 lbs. I stopped smoking Jan 9 and went about 2 months without smoking. I took a few hits the first week of March (march 4) and haven't smoked since. So in total, I have taken a few hits since Jan 9 and they were about 5 weeks ago. I have to take a urine test tomorrow, am I going to be ok? Any info would be appreciated.

I think you will be fine. You can home test yourself with the first part of your first mornings pee just to make you feel more confidant. I'm pretty sure you will pass.

Thanks for the reply. Are the home tests that are sold at CVS and Walgreens legit?

Somewhere I read that a discovery was made which overestimated the length marijuana stays in our systems. They now believe it is far shorter. A week or so. I read this on NORML (Not 100% sure though). I would say your definately in the clear . After a two month break you smoked once, no biggie. I have found great success with water and cranberry juice BTW

I have a hair test coming up soon for a job. Im 6' 230lbs. and i haven't smoked since december 28th. What do you think i should do, if anything to pass the test???

First thing, you should probably post your question in the hair, blood and saliva testing forum. This is the urine testing forum.

Yes, those tests are usually 99.9% accurate. It should say that on the box. Many people have used those tests.

As far as the cranberry juice, it helps filter your kidneys. I do know that much. They may have another reason to why they use the cranberry juice other than that.
