Hello I have a few questions about abstance and dillution.
I am 34 Years old Male 238 lbs, 6'2. Light to moderate metobolism. I have been clean for 14 days as of today. I have been smoking once a day since Sept 11th but prior to that I was clean for 120 days. For the last 14 days I have been drinking at least a 1 1/2 gallon of water a day. I usually drink at least half that so it was easy to just drink a few more glasses. The test will be on the 24th. (which will be 29 days) Other than flushing my system is there anything else I can do ? I also planned on using B2, and BComplex the day of the test along with lots and lots of water or gatoraide. I did get suckered into buying XXtra Clean as it did work for me last time on about 48hours notice but that was 5 years ago. Any helpful advice would be greatly apperciated as I am getting mixed results on how long it will take to clear out of my system.

For a test on the 29th, you'll have about a total of 33 days clean. You were a chronic user but even so, that's a hefty amount of time. I wouldn't worry too much about it until the week before the tes, then I'd start home testing with the first urine of the day to see where you stand. If you can repeatedly pass with the first pee of the day then you're golden. If not, you should be able to get by with some dilution. For now, I would focus on aerobic activity and drinking a normal amount of water per day. No need to pound the water though, it does not flush you out any faster. Your biggest weapon for now is simply time.

thank you and sorry for the error about the days. So you suggest that I start a good excersize program ? I wanted to train for a 10 k in june anyway. Althought I have read that might hurt my chances so I am confused. The test is scheduled for the 24th so it will be exactly 29 days.

No worries, it was actually I who made the mistake, I thought your test was the 29th rather than the 24th. Anyway, exercise will burn fat, which will release THC from fat cells into your blood, then you'll pee out the metabolites. The thing to be careful with is not to exercise about three days prior to the test if you are at all concerned that you'll fail (i.e. still failing home tests). During those last three days, become a slug and eat a lot of crap to put your body into fat-building mode so the THC that's still circulating in your blood will be re-deposited into fat cells and "hidden" from getting into your urine. that's the theory at least.

Well it has been 25 days and I used a home test kit this morning with my first void. At home Drug Test Kit was the brand. I passed with a very dark 2nd line. I plan on taking another on day 28 (1 day before my test). Would it hurt to try the dillution method ? I plan on following the directions and trying a practice run. If I pass my 2nd test 1 day before are my chances pretty good for passing ? Should I not bother with the dillution method ?

You do not need the dillution, if you passed a test with your first void then a few more days will be even better for taking the real test. Relax and wait until the first check comes in if you can then light up and enjoy :spark:

Well I went to take my test and the employer forgot to send over the necessary papers. I plan on calling her later this afternoon just before they close. Which it seems will buy me an extra two days. So it will be 31 days clean before I take the test. I still plan on using the dillution method. I took an at home drug test yesterday with my fist void. I passed but the second line was not as dark as the prior test I took a week earlier. Anyone else have this experience ? I am just wondering if I am starting to release more and more into my bloodstream and my voids ?

Well is it was 33 days clean before I took my test. I ate read meat everyday with every meal ( 3 meals a day) a week before the test. I drank water, and gatoraide , and asprin per the dillution method before the test. ( I cut it in half so basically I used a half dillution method.) I took the test last friday and I have not heard back. The Test I took was a 7 panel 4002. Can someone explain that type of test ?

The test checked for 7 different kinds of drugs, the number is an ID# of some sort.
Not sure but here goes, Sec 3 can tell you for sure.
Did it say something like ##### SAP 7-50/2000 W/NIT if so the first is the ID number for the employer, not sure about the SAP, 7 is how many drugs they are checking for, the 50 is the cutoff rate for THC, and the 2000 is the cutoff for another drug, and the W/NIT is that they are checking the nitrates to make sure the sample is not adulterated.
