This mite not be in the rite section but i thought id give it a try..
when u guys do the urine tests or drug tests do u also have to fill in a questionaire that has ur medical history on it.. if so.. in the one section where it says "have you or do you use any illegal drugs? eg marijuana, heroin..etc" what do you say? yes or no? and also if yes they require you fill in when the last time you took it was. thanks..this is a rele tough situation for me so i thought i could maybe get some help from you guys

Why would you admit to using illegal drugs on the questionnaire?
That's the goal of the test to figure out.
Don't make it easy for them.
Am I missing something here?

well i was thinking maybe they wouoldnt rele care that much since its only weed.. its a tough call would u wana admit to it and have them say yea its not rele that big of a deal and get away with it or lie about it and have them find out that u lied to them

There are, however, medical questionaire's in a pre-employment physical.

Dam man yea its a pre employment questionaire.. i straight up lied and said no.. it was a little sketch beacuse the last time i smoked was last friday which is like 6 days ago... but i went and did it otday and tested negative! man i feel so relieved now.. dammmmm it was a painful 30 mins driving to the place tho..
