|  test Hello, I am new to the forum and have some questions and concerns. I have a urine test coming up very soon and I am wondering if there is truly any solutions that actually work? Products that claim to rid your body of toxins completely or solutions that you drink prior to your test. I have been a regular smoker for almost 20 years, quit for 5 months, bought a home test kit and tested negative. I had thought that my company had stopped the drug testing and had nothing to worry about so went back to smoking, about three days worth. Well, now I am scheduled for a surprise drug test. I have been clean for 48 hours and would rather not use synthetic urine. I have read some other posts about dillution but nothing about these "quick fixes". Any info would be greatly appreciated. | When are you getting tested? Are you physically active? Don't buy any products. They're just bad tasting drinks loaded with B vitamins and creatine and are functionally equivalent to the much cheaper dilution method outlined on the top of this forum.

| I think I will be getting tested in 4 -5 days. I am moderately active, I go to the gym about 3 -4 times per week but spend most of the day sitting while at work. Thanks. |
