I am female, 5'8, 110 lbs, mostly muscular- low body fat
Metabolism pretty fast, smoked 3 or 4 times over the spring break (march 10-20) sharing a joint with at least one other person, joint was half and half with tobacco. i dont know about the quality, but it didn't get me high, maybe just relaxed me a little. then again shared a joint on march 23, in a following week shared a blunt with 3 other people 1 time, and i think shared a joint one or two other times.
joints didn't do anything, blunt got me high for a little bit, but i was still clear enough to be making fun of other people that got stoned and were acting like it.
Then a friend of mine stayed with me April 3-8 an he smoked pot every day, i joined him several times, again didnt get high.(but i know it doesn't mean not a lot of got in my system, Sat April 8th i OFF TOPIC, smoked pot, AND had OFF TOPIC, and i still was mainly unaffected; i just have a really high tolerance i guess? )
Before this sequence i smoked pot 2-3 times in january, and then nothing in february and beginning of march.

I need to take a test in a week or two;
i already ordered a set of test strips to gauge my progress,
pretty much i plan to exercise obsessively, go on a crash diet and lose about 4-5 lbs of fat (i've done it before, so that's not a problem), because i am thinking as i burn off the few fat cells that i have, they should release everything they are holding, right?
Then i will probably continue working out up until 3-4 days before test date, go to a spa and do a little detox treatment (steam room, massage, herbal detox wrap); i know that made me feel less toxic before, but does it hold any merit as far as detoxing from THC goes?
What other tips do you have on actually trying to get THC out of my system?
If i eat like a pig for several days in case it becomes clear workout isn't working, will that help to dilute concentration of THC by adding more fat cells, and will that lower concentration of metabolites in my body?

This test is VERY important, if by hard work or whatever i can get rid of THC then i'd rather do that than try dilution methods and risk getting caught. but if it doesnt work then starting about 4 days before the test i'll start practicing for dilution.

Does niacin help any with detoxing , or is it used purely to add color to urine?
How about alcohol? is there any justification for heavy drinking of vodka and cranberry juice ?

i am seriously clueless, before january of this year i smoked pot 3 times total - once at 16, 2nd time at 20, and 3rd time was in september of last year.

Please help!

oh yeah, will drinking more water help me get THC out of my system, or does it just dilute metabolites?

I don't think you will pass a test in a week with no dilution. Two weeks maybe. But don't sweat it. Dilution works. It's not horrible if your sample is marked negative dilute. You'll just have to retest. You should order integrity/validity strips as well. That way once you start practicing dilution you will know if your meeting all the "normal range" requirements (ph, creatinine, specific gravity etc...).

Your pre-plan sounds fine. Anything that is safe and helps a little is worth doing. I don't think the spa "detox" treatment will help lower THC metabolites but it sounds nice. As far as I know Niacin does not help either and can make you sick. A B complex or B2 is a much better way to color you urine.

Don't forget the validity strips. IMO, they are essential when practicing dilution.

I just did my home test yesterday and passed and I smoke last on April 9. Every one is deifferent for sure. I have very high metabolism. I ate healthy and went for a 3 mile jog everyday. I also drank lots of water to help cleanse my system of the toxins being released. It can't hurt. I drank about 3-4 bottles every day. I took a home test yesterday and passed. You should read my thread under "desperate runner". I just posted earlier this week. I'm trying to stay away from dilution but I'll drink lots of water until then and maybe a bottle of gatorate before the test. I'm also taking an all purpose vitamin everyday and my pee stays yellow all day. I drink green tea, I hear it helps but I'm not sure about this one. I'm still freaking out but just not as bad. Good luck.

Contradiction of terms. What you have described (highlited in orange) is dilution.

where do i get those? are they just called validity strips or there's any special name for it?

Hey Sec, You're right. I just didn't take the aspirin part. I have a question regarding homes testing because I passed one test already but I took a sample from mid afternoon. Should I use a first pee in the morning sample? I'd probably take the test in the afternoon. Thanks for your help!

Yes, test yourself first thing in the morning, with no prior pee. If you pass that test, you will pass a test any time of the day.
