I'm scared again. My stats: I'm 40 years old, 5'10 and 154 lbs. I run almost daily for about 3 miles. I have extremely high metabolism too. It has been 2 weeks since my last toke(1 tiny puff) and 3 weeks since my serious smoke(3 puffs). I smoke almost daily before that. I've tested at home twice, negative both times, but they were mid day samples not first sample in the morning. I didn't test early in the morning because I see no point in doing that since I'll be tested in the afternoon. My second test result line last week was much darker than the first result line a dew days before that. My test will happen on monday(4/24). PLEASE SOMEONE RESPOND AND HELP ME.

HELP!

The point of testing in the morning is that is when your urine is most concentrated. If you pass that test then you will for sure pass the one in the afternoon.
