I took a urine test last wednesday, so 4/11 and have heard nothing. I know the sample had to be sent somewhere to be analyzed but it has still been over a week. Is it ok for me to assume I passed?

In the world of drug testing, no news generally means good news. You would be notified if there were any problems with the sample.

If you are waiting to be put to work, you can give the employer a call and ask for your start date. That will help some in getting the ball rolling. Never inquire about the test results, because thats something a "clean" person would not do.
