Hi. I have been reading these forums for over a month as a non registered user. I appreciate all the help preparing for a possible urine/blood/hair test. I only got tested on Urine. I had smoked atleast a joint everyday for over 2 years...until about 6 weeks ago. I took 7 day detoxes for two weeks since i am 215lbs. I bought a panel urine test and tested negative for THC after the two weeks. Then, two days later I took 2 hits of some decent smoke. I tested myself a week later and tested "PRELIMINARY". Since I have taken the two hits it has been 26 days exactly. I have been drinking a lot of water throughout these 26 days and also did 5 days of a 7 day detox. I have walked every now and then as well. Today about 5.5 hours before my test I took a 1 hour emergecy flush drink. I took it at 7:30am and took my test @ 2:15PM. Do you think I have passed this urine test? The urine was mailed to a lab for a 5 Panel test. I am just looking for some reassurance.

First, all the water drinking, while good for your body, did nothing to expel faster. However, if you have indeed abstained, and not worked out very much near the test, you should be okay. MJ THC resides in your fatty tissue, and is released as you burn fat. It then travels out in your pee. So.... if you voided at least 2-3 times before your test, you were releasing less.

I understand, I appreciate your response. I did not work out much at all; I sit at a desk all day for work; 40 hours a week. I did not work out before the test. Plus with the 1hr flush that is effective for 6 hours; taking detox within my 26 days of not smoking; I think I will be ok.
