undefinedhere we go again. As I got older, I thought i wouldn't have these types of problems any more. Well..... I was wrong.

heres my story...

I took a DOT physical and drug test yesterday. In preperation for the the test, I quit smoking 10 days ago (the day I was notified I had the test). I started upping my fluid intake, but not drasticly. I started eating 800mg of niacne twice a day (to burn up the fat cells). I wanted to just substute my test with some young, fresh, and clean urine but unfortantly I had no idea how the phyisical and drug screen would work together and if I would have the oppertunity to dispose of the evidence. So I had to man up and do the best I could. So yesterday, I woke up at 7:30, took a leak, and got the kids on their way to school. Around 8:15, I started drinking water. I drank a gallon of water inbetween 8:15 and 9:30. I pissed two times inbetween 8:15 and 9:30. I was sure to check the color of the piss and it was definetly clear. At 9:30 I took five B Complex and four motrin and crushed them up and ingested them. I left the house at 9:45 and started the journey to my 10:30 physical. Along the way I had to stop and piss one more time as I couldn't hold it any longer. During the piss stop, I got cold feet and only let my blatter drain three quarters of the piss in it (boy was this a mistake as now I am paranoided). I arrived at the physical location at 10:30 as scheduled. I had to wait in the lobby until 11:15. I was so bummed out as by now I realized substution would have been a breez. When they took me back to piss, I had to go bad! I began to piss in the tolit, and filled my piss cup midstream as suggested. The piss was raidoactive yellow. I was kinda suprised that the B Complex worked so quickly (another reason I am paranoid).

To make a long story short, I am sweating bullets right now. I work for a fourton five hundred company. I need my job!

I usualy smoked once a day in the evening, sometimes twice a day (weekends). I am 6' 6' and weigh 250 lbs. I usally jog two miles three times a week.

So I am hoping for negitive or a dulited negitive result. But my question to the fourm is, dose it sound like I followed the dulition method well enough to get by or am I shit out of luck here? I hate to sound like some kind of whinning girl, but I am dieing here. Please take it easy on me as I am a long time solider for the cause. Thanks guys!

By the way this method worked for me many years ago (maybe 10?). Much has changed between here and there. Inpaticular, I had my gulblatter removed three years ago. That has changed my digestive system as a whole. For examlple (kinda embarassed to admit) but when I drank the gallon of water at home, I pissed twice and got the squirts once (all liquid). Nasty right!

so dose the motrin I took mean I am destined to fail? Someone has to have a more informed opinion! could someone please respond and let me know what they think?

ya know..... F-u guys ! 54 veiws and not a single comment! Whatever! I have always taken time to help people. Maybe the MJ community isnt as tight knit as I once thought. Thanks for nothing!

You didn't need help. You already took the test. A lot of info on this site that you can read yourself. As far as being "tight knit" there is only time for so many stitches in a day.

I think you need to take a chill pill. If this site sucks, why are you here?
Ask yourself a question. "Would anyone respond to a negative remark like that?" If you really need help, you search for the answer.

I hear you and I aplogize for my misdirected comments. I ment no disrespect. I guess you can chalk this up to not doing "the deed" for awhile. I need to smoke to cope. . I have read these boards up and down today, yet I find no posts that relate to my situation. I just thought someone here might have a better idea as I have little exposure to this subject. Sorry

You already took the test and realize that subbing was the answer. I hate to speculate on the outcome of results, but please let us know when you find out. Also get some Quick Fix 4.0 and carry it with you like it was a spare wallet.
