|  is a gallon enough to dilute is drinking a gallon of water two hour before ur test enough to dilute? 6' 6' 250lbs. clean 10 days, moderate smoker before that (1 time a day). |

| You might come up negative dillute. Do some readiing on some of the stickys they should answer your questions
