You all seem to be pretty bright on this subject haha. My situation is as follows....

I just got a job offer late last week from a high prof. company. They overnighted me all the forms friday, so tomorrow (monday) I will receive them. I know one of htem will be a drug test form with a stipulation (probably something like, you hav e to bring this to a lab within 48 hrs? for a test)...so that puts my drug test around mid week. 2-4 days from now...

I last smoked March 18, I know its a long time. thats what like 38 days? I was clean almost all of 2005, but smoked a good amount between jan and march, between 3X/week and 1-2X/day. I am 5' 8" and about 145 lbs. I have pretty high metabolism and work out hardly ever. I have done nothing in the past 30 days to ensure I will pass my test. I realize that with ~38 days I should feel pretty comfortable taking that test. But its such a big life changing opportunity that I dont.

What do all you people think? Should I try to drink gatorade the day of? Or do you think Ill be okay just walkin in and takin the test, without any prep? please put my mind a little more at ease, or offer up some last minute tips that may help even more...I have read thru the tips/guidelines. I may try some of that stuff, but im new to the drug testing world, so alot of the tips are foreign to me.

Oh also-these home test kits everyone mentions....can i pick them up at a drug store? or is that something I have to order online? Or should I not even worry about it haha. Thanks

Home test, 15 bucks at Walgreens or batches of 10 for 2 bucks a piece on EBay

alright great, walgreens isnt around here, but im sure rite aid or eckerds or cvs would have similar. ill check it out today or tomorrow.
