hey stoners... i was just wondering if pre-emp tests are ALWAYS unsupervised. i lost my driver's license and when i go to the test they're gonna have to call my potential boss and confirm my identification... do you think this will give them reason to suspect me and supervise my test? i have both detox and synthetic and wanted to go synthetic but i have to have a guarantee that i won't be watched. HAPPY BELATED 420 GUYS!!!

First, you should go to the DMV and get your drivers' license replaced.

This will not be sufficient reason to "observe" your drug test.

If you are stopped, you will need that license, the Highway Patrol Officer will not call your employer. If the collection facility calls your employer and the employer finds out that you have lost your license, they might suspend you until you get it replaced if driving is part of your work duties.

thanks for the advice.... i can't get a new license cuz i'm from out of state and i don't have my birth certificate here...i would have someone send it but i just can't stall anymore or it will look bad. :P but i called the place and they said they will just call my new boss and verify my identity. hopefully it works out!

and i don't have my car here yet, it's back home, so my boyfriend drives me everywhere anyway! hahaha.. poor guy... but i will make sure to get a new license as soon as i can!
