Ok I have a drug test in just under 24 hours for a job.
Ok, so i'm 5'10" 225 lbs.
I last smoked on wednsday (4/19/06) and before then I had been smoke about 5 times a week
I have a somewhat fast metabolism. where I can easily lose a few pounds in a day by just eating one meal.
Also, I have a gym membership. Would it help to sit in the steam room or sauna for awhile?
Any other helpful suggestions would be much appreciated.

if its for a job usually its not a supervised test i would use the subbing technique since you havent been clean for very long .So read the subbing thread and you should be set. And no sitting in a sauna is not going to work

Subbing takes practice and obviously a sample as well. I would not recommend subbing at this point, you'd most likely get the temperature wrong if nothing else.
You need to start reading the N2's and S2's dilution stickies now, and dilute.
Exercise, sauna, diet...they are of no use to you now. In fact, as you learn about dilution, I'd pull up a pizza pie next to your computer and eat it all. Put your body into fat storage mode now to try to get as much THC out of your bloodtream back into your fat.

Well I have been drinking lots of water, so far about 4-5 quarts in the last hour. I have also been taking plenty of vitamins like Glucosamine Hydrochloride, Chondroitin Sulfate Sodium, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin C and Multivitamins containing Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D, E, K, Niacin, Calcium, Phosphorus and Magnesium. I have also taken a half dozen rolaids. Also drank some pickle juice because I heard somewhere the vinegar helps. And does anyone know if bleach helps too? A friend of mine who was on probation used bleach many time 24 hours before his UA and passed every time he did that.

Well I am now going to try subbing. I have a friend who is giving me some of his urine. He should be clean, he only smoked once 30 days ago and he excersizes regurlarly. My only worry is if it is supervised. It is for a job but the testing will be done in a lab at a hospital. And i'm sure I got all the subbing techniques down and it doesn't seem too difficult.

alright well I have decided to use the substitution method. But I will also continue dilluting just in case this happens to be supervised test. But i'm certain it probably won't be supervised but it doesn't hurt to have a backup. I have the urine I am going to use in the freezer right now. But I have one question...Does it matter how long I have the container of urine between my legs? Will it stay at body temp once it gets there or could it possibly go over? I am running some tests tonight with urine and water to make sure. So far I have tested with water. With the water I put into room temp I had between my legs for 20 minutes and in that 20 minutes it got up to 91.5 F I then immediatley put it back for 10 more minutes and it only raised .1 F. I have to keep the urine between 90-100 F during the test but i'd like it to be higher than 91 though so it doesn't go under 90 F by the time they test it. I am currently testing my own urine at body temperature for 20 min. to see how that turns out. But my main question is that if I can thaw out the urine i'm gonna use to around 98 F will it stay at that temp. while between my legs? Thanks for all help, it's much appreciated.

when i took a drug test for my job at albertsons the grocery store, it was one where you could be in the bathroom by urself. I know its none of our bussiniss so u dont have to say, but what is the job that ur getting tested 4. The type of test might depend on the kinda job it is.

The job is at wal-mart for the overnight stocking shift.

ok well my last test results turned out good. I crotched my (dirty) urine for 40 minutes. Urine went into bottle at 97.9 F and came out 40 minutes later at 94.8 F. I even did a test run and poured the urine into a small cup, basically just put myself in the scenario of what the test may be like. Anyways, I tested the temp of the urine after sitting for a couple minutes and the temp was then 93.5 F So i'm going to wake up 2 hours prior to test unthaw the clean sample to around 98 F and just keep it crotched all the way up to when I take the test. Thanks again to all for the advice and especially to N2 for his subbing technique. I will post later on to let you all know how it went.
