I was a relatively heavy smoker (once or more a day) until I stopped for my upcoming drug test. It's been 2 days so far. I'm 5'10 about 145lbs.

The test hasnt been scheduled yet, but i'm going to schedule it for around march 15th.
I've purchased some stuff called 'first cleanse' which is a two week program that supposedly completely clenses your body from 'toxins'

I also purchased a drink called "the liquid stuff" that im supposed to drink an hour before the test, and it absorbs any toxins.

Please let me know what you guys think about this. Its imperative that I pass this test and I cant take any chances.

Are you scheduled to take the test next March 15th?

Haha im guessing he means May 15th.

The first cleanse may help, but Im sure it would be a marginal decrease in metabolites.

The liquid stuff will probably help with dilution and everything, but to be totally sure, follow the dilution method at the top of this forum, and you should be fine.

yeah, oops, may 15th is what i meant. So besides dilution, what else can I do? would an extra week help if i could postpone the test?

How good are my chances at passing?

Home test yourself a couple days before the test, but the longer without the better the chances are
