| I'm on probation, and stupidly, I sat outside with my buddy while he smoked a little bit. I know I'll have to take a pee test May 16th, and I need some help making sure I don't fail the test. Like I said, I didn't smoke any, just waited around for about 10 minutes while my buddy smoked. I tried to not breathe in any smoke, but I know I must've breathed in some. Should I just drink a lot of water until I have to take the test? |

| You have nothing to worry about. It is virtually impossible to fail a drug test from second hand/environmental marijuana smoke.

| Yeah man you are all good. Like Buzzby said, it is impossible to fail a drug test because of 2nd hand smoke. I was on probation for 6 months and during that 6 months I was always with friends who were smoking. And I was basically sitting in clambaked rooms with friends all the time. And I NEVER failed one test because of it. |

| Your safe. I am on probation to and the judge told me that second hand smoke would not be an excuse, because it would take something like 12 hours of nonstoping smoking in a completely enclosed car to even come up with traces. Not sure how accurate this is at all, but I just thought id throw it out there. |
