Hello all,

First I'd like to express how this disscussion forum has been a great help in researching this topic and the success stories have helped to ease my mind
(at least a little).

I'd like to hear opinions on this "hybrid" dilution recipie I've compiled.

It is basically a combination of the two dilution methods posted here as stickys, along with a tidbit or two from other online sources.

I am 35 yrs old, 6' 1" and weigh about 200 lbs w/ a slight gut.
Because I have some belly fat (and nowhere else) I'm guessing that my matabolism is med-slow.

I have smoked about a bole (bowl) or two a day for
several years (scattered with days, weeks and sometimes a month without)

Because of my circumstance, I am not sure of the exact test day.
I do know it will be at least 5 days since my last hit (4/22/06 6:30AM), but could be up to a couple weeks after.

I took a home dipstick test a couple days ago after drinking large amounts of water and passed. Although the pink Test Line was faint (not nearly the same strength as the Control Line) I could still tell there was a line present even standing 5 ft away.

I'd like to find out if any of the below recipie is overkill/ underkill
or how it should be altered.

The recipe:

Started a creatine supplement this afternoon (4/26/06)
3 times the daily dosage.

*Will do so up untill the day before the test.


12 hours before the test

Take 4 aspirin
Do this every 4 hours untill test time.


3-4 hours before test

Eat a meal.

Drink 2, 8oz. glasses of Gatorade.
Then drink another 8oz. every 15 minutes for the next hour

Continue to drink 3-4 oz. more Gatorade to replace what
is voided, every 20-30 minutes.


2 hours before the test

2 quarts of Gatorade
3 aspirin, 4 Rolaids with calcium.


1.5 hours before the test

Take B-Complex vitamin.
(6 pills) *Serving size is (1) pill.

1hr before test

1 quart of Gatorade.
3 aspirin, 4 rolaids.


1/2 hour before test

2 quarts Gatorade, 2 aspirin, 4 rolaids.

Skip the pectin products because they are useless and have no effect whatsoever. Its the 2 quarts of water that does all the work. Pectin products are a total waste of ("fill in the blank here")..

Im guessing that adding salt to the liquid might make it taste nasty. Are you doing it to ensure a good specific gravity? I think you would be fine with the rolaids, some of them even taste good.

Also I think you would be taking to many vitamins (unless im mistaken, you take two seperate doses). I find that even with very heavy dilution, taking 3-4 45 minutes- an hour before the test makes it a healthy yellow. Id think that taking 10x the daily dose, then 4 more might really, really wack the color out. Sometimes just taking 4 makes my urine turn a radioactive yellow for the rest of the day, and sometimes the next day.

Thanks for the replies.

The salt I do believe is for the gravity.
If the Rolaids are enough, I will skip the salt.

Also, I just did a test with the B-Complex vitamins.

First, I drank a few 12oz glasses of water.
Then, took (6) B-complex pills.
While drinking another 12oz of water (after each time I went pee)
I found that it took 5-6 bathroom trips and 1hr 15mins before I went from clear to yellow.

I've now gone 9 times since the first yellow stream
(over a period of 2hr 15mins) and found that each time I went the color was a very natural yellow color.

I will alter my first post to reflect this as well as the pectin advise.

My goal with this thread is to alter and refine the recipe up untill test time.

I do this in the hope that if someone else comes along who has a similar description (height, weight, background - etc.) that perhaps
(assuming I pass) this information will help them also.


*The trouble I have now is that I do not know the date (or even if)
this test will be performed. It could be tomorrow - it could be two weeks from now.
So.. I am constantly hovering around the first few steps and waiting for
"the call" so that I can move forward with the remaining steps.

I'm not sure how much harm I will do to myself by taking 4 aspirin every 4 hours and drinking quarts of Gatorade for what may be weeks on end.

But, as of right now I have no choice.

New question...

After drinking no fluids and taking no aspirin for 3.5 hours,
I performed another At Home™ dipstick test.

I again did get a faint T-line.

My question is...

Is it possible for these at home tests to show a faint line
eventhough the sample is positive?

They are 99% accurate. Just use the dillution method and you will be ok

Nope. In order for a "positive" result, no line will be present in the T reigon. A faint line present in the T reigon is still a line present, which means a negative.

It's now been just over 7 days clean and I haven't gotten the call.
Every new day that goes by naturally eases my worries.

I'm not out of the woods yet though.
I'm still told it could happen at any time.

Because I have seen many threads where the person doesn't come back to say if they passed the test or not, I will make one last post to this thread.

It was determined by labor union officials that the company testing policy was against the contract.

Never had to take the test.
I was however confident that the above recipie was a good one.

If anyone else is in a situation where the company demands a urine test and never outlined their policy when they hired you, you also may have a recourse.
