im familiar with the whole topic of how to pass a urine test and everything but the one thing im not clear about is the eating part. i had people tell me that is better to have an empty stomach so the aspirin can kick in faster and the dilution process work better and at the sametime i had people tell me that i should try to eat as much as possible the days before and on the day of the test to keep specific gravity and to create need cells on top of the old ones ect.

i just want to know which method you guys think would make a difference..... eating a lot on the test day or keeping an empty stomach ?

and if eating which foods should i avoid and which are beneficial on the test day ? i heard people say avoid sugars and others say avoid fats lol.

It is my understanding from the mods here that you should pig out and become a couch potato days before the test.

I generally eat a normal diet coming up to the test. I make sure to eat something small with every dose of aspirin. Taking 3+ aspirin at once can give you a stomachache if its empty.

yeah thats what i heard too thats why im asking. they say it helps create new cells on top of the old ones where the metabolites are at.
