I have a Blood and Urine test coming up. I'm not an avid smoker. Here's some history.

Jan '05 I stopped smoking, Picked back up smoking in Jan '06 (not a joke). I smoked maybe two times that month, then I tried a brownie for the first time in Feb/March 1 time, 11 days ago I took two puffs of a joint. What can I do so that the blood test comes back negative and the urine. I will get in trouble if any tampering shows up in any of the two test. What do you recommend?

for the Urine test ..use Quickfix 4.0..I personally have passed 1 test with it this year and another test coming next week(changing jobs-assuming they will test me).Not sure what to tell you about the blood testing.

Blood is 72 hours or less and you should be good to go for a urine test, just get a home test and check your first pee of the day for an accurate reading

Quick Fix 4.0 is a synthetic urine. You can purchase online. Do a search using the keyword "Quick Fix 4.0" to find places to purchase. You can also purchase at your local head shop.

If they detect it in your blood, you are using it incorrectly. It is for substitution, not consumption. (I want so badly to put a laughing smiley here, but I also don't want to hurt your feelings).
