I have a Blood/Urine test coming up for pre-employment. I'm 5'5 112lbs. I don't work out, but I'm going to start today. I'm not an avid smoker. Here's some history.

Jan '05 I stopped smoking, Picked back up smoking in Jan '06 (not a joke). I smoked maybe two times that month, then I tried a brownie for the first time in Feb/March 1 time, 11 days ago I didn't do much just 2 inhales. What can I do so that the blood test comes back negative and the urine. I will get in trouble if any tampering shows up in any of the two test. What do you recommend?

First I recommend not double posting. It is against the posting guidelines. Second I would suggest reading N2's Dilution tips and tricks thread and follow the instructions. There is alot of info on this site and may take a little reading to get your aswer.
Third this is the wrong forum for blood test but don't worry about the blood you will pass that one if you don't smoke. Concentrate on the urine test instructions. If you have to , print them to make it easier to follow.

Thank you so much. The dilution methods wont be detected in the blood? I was thinking about drinking this punch, but was scared that it would show up in the blood test.

The gatorade or powerade will be good enough. With only 2 tokes, 11 days ago, there should be no problem. The brownie is long gone by now. If you are still worried, purchase a home test and test yourself first thing in the morning. That is putting your money to better use than any miracle drink.

BTW, the drinks really don't work. The instructions are for you to drink massive amounts of water with them. You can drink massive amounts of water without the miracle drinks and accomplish the exact same thing.

Don't risk drinking some foreign substance that may or may not be detected.
