Help Please Soon

Hello, I have a pee test tomorrow in the afternoon, I haven't smoked in 5 days but I am a HEAVY smoker usually. I need help to figure out the best thing to do for dilution. This test will be for a hospital. Please any help...I started taking Herbal Clean QTabs and drinking Gatorade...and I see from the posts that aspirin helps....Any help PLEASE!!! I don't think I'll be able to sub because I will be taking my physical exam and will have a johnny on. In the past I have subbed by using a condom in my crotch kept warm by just keeping my legs tightly closed and getting the urine right before I walk into the lab....but this is not a lab it's a hospital so I don't know what to expect. Thanks.

Read N2's Dilution tips thread and follow the instructions. Many have passed following the directions. Don't double post it is against posting guidelines and won't get you an answer any faster. Just calm done and read the instructions.

Wasn't trying to get a quicker answer....I didn't know I could post my own thread...I'm new to this just today. Sorry. Didn't mean to duplicate my question.
