Heres the deal. Before 4-20 I have not smoked since 2003(seriously). I smoked half a joint that night. 4-21 I took a vitamin b complex with a protien shake(cell tech). I had about 5 or so beers that night that made me pee throughout the night. Ran about a mile or so and lifted wieghts on 4-22. 4-23 and 4-24 did nothing. Ran, lifted, took vitamin b pill, shake on 4-25, and 4-26. 4-27 worked out really hard playing basketball about 11:30 - 12. Took a random drug testing at about 1p.m. When I pissed, I'm pretty sure it was my shake coming out. Whats done is done. I am choking on my tears cuz I am in the service. But tell me what you think please. 7 days of working out, eating a lot, running, taking supplements b and cell tech and N02.

Unless that 1/2 joint was rolled by Cheech or Chong, you should be ok. I really don't think the level of THC from the little bit you did would put you over any limit (even military). I cannot guarantee anything, but if I had a lot of money, I would bet some of it on you passing.
