I start working tommorow morning but I have some oriantation on tuesday and I'm almost positive that I will be drug tested. I havent done any drugs in a long time, but I did hit a bowl on April 20th, before that I may have hit another bong or so maybe once. I'd say I've smoked maybe 3 times in the past 4 months, and by smoking I mean hitting a bowl or bong once. So should I be worried if I'm drug tested say this wednesday?? Thanks

Edit: By the way I forgot to mention that I work out 3times a week, drink a lot of water and eat healthy. I also play basketball a couple times a week ontop of working out.

Edit #2: I also take whey protein and Creatine for working out, will the creatine cause any problems??

You should be fine.

Buy a home test, and use your first pee of the day. If you test negative, you are all set.

If you for some reason fail, id expect some mild dilution would be needed, maybe a light version of N2s plan, stickied at the top of this forum.

The creatine wont cause any issues, it actually helps, since urine is often tested for creatine to make sure it isnt diluted, this will mean that if you have to dilute, your urine will still have normal creatine levels.

You should be fine with your smoking history, the body converts creatine into creatinine, which is one of the things they check for in the integrity part of the test. Usually you should start creatine loading at least 3 days before the test if you are dilluting, so yours should be fine. As 7Lesoteric said home test for peace of mind.
