So I found out that I have a urine drug screen coming up next week.

--I am 6'0"--185lbs. I work out at least 4-5 days a week including running at least 2 miles a day. I'm in good shape and have a fairly high metabolism

-- I have smoked probably 5 grams/week for the last 2 years. Lately it's been mostly midgrade with a little kind every now and then.

My question is should I sub or do N2's dilution method. I am going to get some take home drug tests to administer on myself and see what works.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

It depends on what the homes tests tell you. Try to use them with the first urine of the day. Your goal should be to pass that one naturally. If you can, great. If not, you could still probably pass by dilution, though subbing is a sure bet provided you're not observed and you can get the temperature right. Time is on your side. Start reading the stickies about both in the Urine Testing Forum.

I think you need much more than a week to have a good shot at successfully dilluting if you've been smoking regularly for two years.

I found out that I will have a physical with a hernia check (I'll have to drop my boxers) so subbing is out of the question. Where can I get some good take home drug tests?

Another question--if I use a fat burner between now and the test will this help since THC is stored in fat cells? -- I'm probably at less than 15% BF so I'm not a slouch. --Oh yeah, I have been taking creatine for the last couple weeks. I was just wondering...Thanks.

Go to ebay and search under "home drug tests".
You'll see some single panel tests looking like this:

After shipping it's about $20 for ten of them. I like these. They have the same 50 ng/ml cutoff as most initial urine screening tests. Order today and PAY as quickly as you can, preferably with Paypal, and you should have them by week's end.

Just to update--I just went to Wal-Mart and my local supplement provider. I got all of the following:

-Vitamins (Super B complex)
-Lipodrene (high intensity fat burner and metabolism booster)
-Niacin (Time release)
-Diurex
-Aspirin

Since dilution is the clear route I will start taking the B complex, niacin, and lipodrene. I might start taking 1 asprin a day until the test day when I will do the dilution method. I will also start drinking a lot of water. Any tips will help out.

You could have gotten the at home tests at walmart as well, although you would pay a bit more than purchasing online.

Yeah, I got to Wal-Mart and saw that they were $17.00 for one test. I got 10 tests off ebay for the same price. I had them overnighted as well. I figure it's worth the extra $$ so that I can get my routine down pat.

...Still drinking water, doing all the other aforementioned things... I wish those home tests would come so that I could check my pee...
