I recently had a pre-employment urine drug test for a major company....

I'm 5'10 with a very fast motabolism and workout and lift on a regular basis.I have a very high muscle and low fat ratio. Prior to the test I hadn't smoked in almost a week and before that maybe twice in a months time, but had been an everyday smoker for years prior to that. However I have always been an avid fitness person with a very low body fat count and worked out on a daily basis.

I had bought the product strip which came in a single pill form. 2 hours prior to the test I drank about 48oz of water and took the pill. I held my urine for nearly an hour and a half then pissed 3 times in a half hour, all of which were clear in color. upon arrival at the test I needed to wait about an hour then took my test. My urine was a very bright yellow almost a greenish tint. Upon viewing to be sent out the nurse asked if I took a lot of vitamins to which I replied yes. I'm awaiting the test results....

I'm worried that because I had to wait so long and that "strip" rids the body of toxins that that yellow piss was all the toxins coming out. Should I be worried...and if it comes back positive are there any vitamins I can claim that I have been taking?

On a pre-employment test, if it comes back positive you probably won't get the job. Vitamins won't make you positive as far as I know. Good luck.

With your smoking history, you have a good chance of passing. Not because of the pill, but because of the fluid you drank before your test. That, in effect, was diluting your urine. The color, probably was due to a b-complex vitamin in the pill.
