If I leave the heating pad on the bottle in my crotch for about 2-3 hours entire, take it off seconds before subbing it in the bathroom, would the temp be considered too hot?

might be. but if it is, swirl the cup and blow on it for about a minute

Does blowing on it and swirling it really work? I mean I cant be in the bathroom too long it would look suspicious.
