I'm going to have a few interviews coming up for some well paying jobs and as much as I love the herb, I've gotta clean out for a little while. I've been pretty much a daily toker for about a year with a week hiatus' within the past year, but not recently. I'm 20 years old, 6'2 about 220lbs and not crazy active, but I get a fair share of excercise. I'm not in terrible shape, but by no means do I go out and run a mile or two daily. So here are some things I'm going to be doing prior to my interviews:

-Abstain from smoking for the time being.
-Increase fluid intake, at least 2L/Day (gatorade, water, cranberry juice)
-Increase excercise (start running daily)

What else can I do to flush myself out? Doing the above, about how long do you think it should take before I'm clean? Anybody recommend more ways to clean?

I plan on taking a at home test prior to the pre-employment test. I'd much rather be clean and know i'll pass than rely on a substitute. Thank you all in advance.

While it is very good to stay hydrated while you are excercising, Drinking excessive fluids days or weeks before a test does not help "clean you out".

The excercise, Abstaining from mj use and home testing are all very good ideas.

okay, So with a good amount of excercise and not toking I can probably be clean within a month?

A month is a good baseline time frame. Everyone is different though. In a month, purchase a home test. Test yourself using the first urination of the day. If that test shows negative, you can consider yourself clean. If that test shows positive, then continue the regimine for a couple of more days (3-4) then test again until you are clean. Not only will you know when you are clean, but you will know how long it takes your body to get clean from daily mj smoking (good for future reference).

If this test comes up sooner than a month, which it may, what method would you recommend? Fruit pectin? drink?

Same thing. Forget the pectin or certo or magic drinks. Read the dilution and substitution stickys at the beginning of this forum. It may take some time, but it is well worth the effort. That way you can make an informed decision for yourself.

Get the home tests asap and that way you have a better idea of where you stand.

I ordered some home tests off ebay. I smoked last night for the last time (until post test) but I'm not sure of when/If they are going to test yet. I plan on using dilution (gatorade) w/ aspirin, tums, creatine to be safe. Are there any urine tests that dilution will NOT work with? I'm not talking about if they know it's diluted, I'm asking if there are tests that will read positive even if I dilute properly?

gs/ms has a 15ng cutoff. not a 50ng cutoff.
