Have you ever heard of somone being made take their shirt off before a test. I had a guy tell me that he had too today. Aslo I been caring this new qucik fix bottle around. after all day the temp strip read 96. Should I take the chance of opening the heating pad and being heard for two degrees.

Ok to the real point. This scares the crap outta me. A buddy of mine worked with me and got fried for drugs about two years ago. He comes back in and puts in an app for a job again. He uses me as a refernce (stupid) Well now my boss thinks I smoke weed. Can he sinlge me out. I take DOT test. He has been asking my other boss what I did hanging out with him. Because he told my boss we lift weights together and hang out on the weekends. (Moron)

Also should I worry bought my jock strap showing above my underwear I never tought they would make me take my shirt off.

Clothing
I have made people take off sweatshirts, but only if they are wearing a tee or tank underneath. I don't ask a donor to strip down to skin. Coveralls, coats, sweaters, hats, gloves, scarves, all get removed. Bottom layer stays put.

Temperature
The temp needs to be between 90 and 100 degrees. If it is 96 degrees, it is perfect. Most of the time, by the time you pee in the cup, set the cup on the cold countertop to pull up and zip up, then open the door, the temp is at 96 or 94 degrees. No worry, I can't reject a specimen for temp when the temp is within range.

Suspicion
Legally, I don't believe that justifies a "reasonable suspicion" test. However, it can (and apparently did) cause your boss to look more closely at you. He will notice you now more than he ever did. Walk the straight and narrow at work, and for Pete's sake, don't get into an accident if you can at all help it.

Jock Strap
No, Just don't wear really baggy shirts. Wear a tee shirt and tuck it in. That way, there would be no reason for the collector to ask you to remove your shirt. The collector could clearly see that you aren't carrying anything under your shirt.

Guilt by Association
If your boss asks, deny that you hang out with him. Say that you saw him once or twice at the local bar, you got into a pool game and the "friend" now thinks you hang out together all the time. Roll your eyes, do a little acting, sell it. (Only do this last bit if it means that much to you what your boss thinks of your friends).
