My drug screening is on Friday May 19th. The last time is smoked was a couple bowls on 4/20. For the time prior to that I had been smoking about a bowl about 3 times a week. I'm 5'9 195lbs, lift weights 2-3 times a week and do cardio exercise 2-3 times a week.

I know i should pass fine naturally, but i just want some reassurance.

You should pass fine naturally.

Now, if you want some real reassurance, purchase a home test and test your first urination of the morning. If that passes, you should pass with no problems.

thanks alot, and yes I will go and get one next week so i'm not worried before my test.

Just needed another opinion to ease my mind. The internship is very important and will look amazing on my resume. Just needed to help ease any worry

Man, you guys...I sure wish I didn't think I was so smart! I had'nt smoked and still haven't smoked in over 8 months! I went to a party two weeks ago, I knew the weed was there, I didn't know everyone at the party but SHOULD have known there was a chance of food being laced with weed. I aparently ate a brownie or two that was made with cannabutter! I didn't get high from them nor did they taste like they were laced with anything. Not thinking, I took a pre-empolyment drug test just knowing I was clean. I even took 2 home drug test both of which came back clean. However, I didn't test first thing in the morning. I didn't come to mj.com to be informed or educated. Like I said, I thought I was smart. Much to my suprise and humiliation I tested positive for marijuana! Needless to say, I didn't get the job. I sure wish I had come here before the test. At first I was pissed off at the hostess of the party. But truly I am responsable for my own actions and I should have been more careful.
I just wanted to take this time to say this to the web site and all who are involved, you guy's are the best and thank you for all your knowledge and patients with all of us goobers who think we know it all!

Do you see the links above to other posts? Those are links to YOUR posts in both the Blood, hair & Saliva Forum and the Urine Testing Forum. These posts go back May 5, 2005.

Also, there is reference to "getting popped for a random at school", yet you say you are a 44 year old Stay at Home Mom.

If you didn't know of this site until less than 2 weeks ago, You certainly overestimated your intelligence. You were less than "so smart".

Also, if you didn't think there was anything in the brownies, and you hadn't smoked in 8 months, WHY did you bother with not one, but two home tests?

I really do appreciate the fact that you are trying you lend support to another, but your credibility is shot when you lie like that (constantly). One cannot believe any of your posts.

I am just curious, How old are you exactly (the truth this time)? You have been registered on MJ.com for over a year now, I just want to know (inquiring minds and all that).

OUCH! my post refering to random drug testing at school was for my son, who's 18 and drives to school which subjects him to random drug testing.

I never said I just learned of this site until 2 weeks ago! I just didn't think to check in with mj.com for any advice or words of wizdom. Like I said, I hadn't smoked in such a long time. I fugered I knew what I was doing.

I take a prescribed pill called Adderall. I was told that it would cause a positive test result on a drug test. I bought a home test kit to see for myslef. They were right, so I waited 4 days and took another one. It then came up negitive, so I thought I was in the clear, as I suspected in the first place. I took another test the day of my pre-employment drug screening just because I'm that kind of person. I wanted to make sure the positive test I took was correct. I bought a different brand of test kit, one from Wal-Mart and one from the pharmacy at Krogar. Both of which came up negitive, remember, it's been 8 months ago that I smoked. Due to the type of job I had, I wasn't sure what kind of test I would be given, hair, saliva, urine...I was drinking water thinking if there was any trace of THC still in my system from the past 8 months I could flush it out. If I had come to the site and read about advising to do home drug testing first thing in the morning, I would have done so. I can only assume that by my drinking so much water it was duliting the THC from the cannabutter brownies with the home test.

Is my birthday on my profile? I'm 45 now, I had a birthday in March. And I will be sure to go back into my profile and change the "stay at home mom" I have also been offered a position with the local iron workers union which I will be taking as long as I can pass their drug test in two weeks. I hope this clears things up for you and will restore my credibility as you so assuradly say has been shot
