Hey Everyone.....I am glad that I found this site. I am from Canada and I have to do a blood-urine test for LIFE INSURANCE....therefore my test is voluntarilly as opposed to being forced upon me.

I have been toking since I was 16 and I am now 32. The past 3 weeks go like this..week 1-toke every day..week 2-I was in Mexico and puffed once a day in the evening-week 3 was this week-I toked every day except thursday and Friday..today is Saturday and I plan on smoking a couple..I have no choice as I am attending a big bash.

I plan on remaining toke free from Sunday(tomorrow) till next Friday..when the blood - urine test will be done..that will be 5.5 days clean.

what can I do over the those 5.5 days to help cleanse my system so that nothing shows up. I am not necessarily concerned of testing positive as I am of lowering the levels found in my system. The insurance agen has been told that I toke twice a year at Christmas-New years etc and he said it was no big deal.....I am lying however because I am a chronic.

I do have the option of putting the teast over to the folowing Tuesday as I can make an excuse to not do it next Friday.

I have a 100% commitment to remain clean between tomorrow(sun) and next Friday and would like to take the test than if possible so I can move on with my toking life.

I have read the posts and am still not sure to the best strategy. Any simple help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

as they say in the military never volunteer for anything, put it off.

Ask your insurance agent for a list of everything they will be testing for in your urine and blood tests. That way, you can see if they are at least testing for marijuana before you get all stressed out.
