|  niacin aight so i hear that niacin cleans out your system pretty fast, is this true, how fast does it work, and how much should you take if u had a urine test to prepare for in less than a week? |

|  From what I understand is Niacin does nothing. Follow the dilution method to the letter and you should pass. Also home test yourself to see how much work you need to do, but start now and don't smoke.
